Andrew Needle

Andrew Needle is a partner who specializes in personal injury law, medical malpractice, and wrongful death at the Law Offices of Needle & Ellenberg, P.A. He graduated from Cornell University and the University of Miami, cum laude in 1977, and has been practicing law ever since. He also lectures and has written several different articles for law journals and magazines to try to influence the space he works in. 

Mr. Needle is a charter member of the Miami chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. This organization is dedicated to the preservation of the civil justice system and law professionals are admitted to it based on peer recognition and their experience in the law field. Mr. Needle is a very successful lawyer in his practice and is admired by many in his field.

In the past, Mr. Needle was an editorial consultant to Matthew Bender Law Books and was also a member of the Florida Bar’s Board of Governors for six years, which sets policy and discipline for all lawyers practicing in Florida. He has also been named one of South Florida’s Top Lawyers in medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death by the “South Florida Legal Guide” every year since the publication was created. He continues to receive this award every year and is always trying to stay current in his field by learning more and contributing to his practice.
