Kingsport car accident lawyer, Mark Hurt, was born and raised in Bristol. Following earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, Mark attended Duke University, where he earned his law degree, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class.

After graduation, Mark practiced law at large litigation firms in both Dallas, TX and Washington, D.C. However, he made the decision to return to the Tri-Cities area and open his own law firm. Mark lives in Abingdon, Virginia with his wife and family and enjoys playing tennis when he has the opportunity.
